• As you move, set an intention, practise gratitude, reflect quietly, or simply take a moment to be present.
• When finished, fully extinguish the burning end in a fireproof bowl, ceramic dish, or sand.
• Check carefully that there is no remaining heat, ember, or smoke before leaving the bundle unattended or storing it.
